The process starts with good used equipment. Whether its a diamond in the rough, or a plug-and-play system, we have the in-house capability to make it work for you. We are experts at adapting equipment for your needs with new change parts, programming, and options tailored to your specific project requirements.

Expertise

With over 35 years of combined experience in packaging, we have a long history of rebuilding equipment, and manufacturing new equipment. Our areas of expertise include case packing, controls integration, liquid filling, capping, conveyor systems and product handling.

Our Process:

1. The first step: Strip, Clean, and Paint.

This part ofthe process is pretty straight-forward, but our attention to detail really sets us apart. Careful sanding, masking and painting deliver a good-as-new appearance. We use quality coatings on our rebuilds, preferrably a quality primer and the industry-standard Steel-It, 2-part polyurethane finish on non-stainless surfaces.

2. Repair & Replace worn components

We inspect all mechanical aspects of a system, including drive systems, shafts, bearings, chains, gears, valves, seals, and other wear items. The same process applies to pneumatic and hydraulic components. We test and replace air hoses and hydraulic lines where necessary, and make sure everything is fully operational

3. Refurbish or Replace Electrical and PLC Controls

Our electrical capabilities are one of our greatest strengths. We have programming and systems design capabilities in house for all major PLC brands including Allen Bradley, Giddings & Lewis, Omron, and Seimens.

We also have extensive experience integrating servo motion controls, and can provide service for complex system troubleshooting. We can tie your entire line together with an integrated control system, using intuitive touchscreen interfaces to suit your specific project requirements.
